Have you heard of galactogogues? I know it sounds like a mouthfull, but if your a breastfeeding momma they can be a total lifesaver. Galactogogues are naturally occuring compounds found in a few foods such as oatmeal, fennel, barley, nuts and seeds, dark leafy greens and chickpeas. Many mothers I counsel struggle with low milk supply, and while low supply can be multi factorial, implementing galactogogues through food sources can give you the added boost you need.

I love creating quick + easy recipes for moms that will boost their milk supply, supply extra nutrients and quick energy.
